🧳Reservations
1. How can I book a holiday home?
You can book directly via our website 24/7; availability is always up to date. Select your desired dates. Click on ‘Help’ for an explanation of the legend. Fill in your details and you will receive confirmation within 48 hours with a rental contract, accommodation information and the general rental terms and conditions.
2. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, no deposit is charged for the properties. However, we do expect our guests to take good care of the inventory. If anything breaks, we would appreciate it if you would report it to us immediately.
3. Are pets allowed?
Yes, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in all holiday homes. Pets are not allowed in the Casa di Mare apartment.
4. What time can I check in and what time do I have to check out?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that you can arrive earlier, as we need this time to prepare everything for your stay. Check-out is until 10 a.m. If you see on the website that there is no subsequent booking, you can contact us to request an extension.
5. What if I want to cancel my booking?
In case of cancellation, the conditions stated during the booking process at the bottom of the field where you enter your details apply. You will also receive the general rental conditions with your confirmation. You can notify us of cancellations and changes by e-mail.
6. Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen is not automatically included, but you can book it as an extra for a fee. You can also choose to bring your own. The bed sizes are listed in the property description.
7. Are there any additional costs, such as cleaning or tourist tax?
Yes, these costs are always clearly stated in advance when booking.
8. What should I do in case of damage or a problem during my stay?

💳 Payments & administration
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept bank transfers. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments.
10. When is my booking final?
The reservation is final upon receipt of the (down) payment. The 50% deposit must be credited to our account within 8 days of the reservation, and the remainder must be paid no later than one month before arrival.
🚗 Other practical questions
11. Is there parking available at the properties?
There is always parking available on site.
12. Electric charging
There is a charging point in the village, in the 't Dompje car park, on Dorpsstraat, opposite the tourist office. If you would like to charge your vehicle at the holiday home, please indicate this when booking. However, the costs are higher than at a public charging point. It is not permitted to charge your vehicle at the property without permission.
13. Are the properties suitable for disabled guests?
Some properties are largely wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for advice.
14. Can you also recommend activities?
Yes, each accommodation has a box with leaflets about what there is to do in the area. If you would like further advice, we will be happy to help.
15. Where can I hire bicycles?
You can hire bicycles from Robbert Boogaard Tweewielers, opposite the windmill, or from Festina Lente in Brouwerijstraat. Booking in advance is recommended.
16. What type of coffee machine is in the property?
You can find this in the description of the properties themselves.
